Kaiser's Garage can trace it's beginnings to a small rented shop in 1995 which was founded in response to the large number of BMW and Mercedes- Benz vehicles which were being underserviced in the Oak Harbor, Anacortes, Whidbey Island, and surrounding areas. Six months later we outgrew the rented facility and moved to a larger more suitable location. Several years later the need for a custom built modern workshop became necessary and we were proud to debut our new building in March 2001. In 2002 we began repairing and servicing MINI and the Sprinter Van.

We understand that finding a repair shop can be difficult, here are a few tips that may help.

1. Read the advertising for the repair shops in your area. Do these companies state that they repair "all makes and models"? Most likely a place like this has no training, tools, or experience with BMW, Mercedes-Benz or Sprinter. Our core business is our only business servicing and repair for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, and Sprinter.

2. Visit the potential repair shop and see what types of cars are in the lot. If you see domestic cars and horse trailers on jacks you at at the wrong place.

3. Speak with the service advisor or owner and ask specific questions about your car. If you are hearing responses that reference other types of cars such as "oh like on the chevy" or "yeah just like Honda" you can be sure that you are at the wrong place.

4. Ask your friends and co-workers, or even someone driving your type of car at the filling station where they have their car repaired.
