RESERVATIONS

Reservations are required to gain admittance to Kaiser's Garage compound. There are no exceptions.

By making an reservation with us, we’ll keep the time required to diagnose your vehicles’ problems to a minimum. You won’t have to make a second trip to find out what’s wrong. Please make a reservation by visiting our CONTACT US page on this website. We’ve made it easy to request your reservation, and it will help make your experience at Kaiser’s Garage the best it can be. Please note that a reservation DOES NOT guarantee the time you request is available. Once we receive your request, we'll contact you within one business day to either confirm your request, or schedule another time for you to come in.

DIAGNOSTICS

At your first visit after an appointment is confirmed, we’ll perform the often difficult process of diagnosing the problem to determine what repairs are needed. As with any professional service provided by highly skilled technicians, there is a service fee for completing a comprehensive diagnostic service. The amount of this service fee is determined by the length of time it takes to complete the diagnosis. 

WRITTEN ESTIMATES

After the diagnosis is completed, if requested we’ll be pleased to provide you with a written estimate for the cost of the repairs. We may be unable to clearly define the total cost of repairs, based on the complexity of the repair and what we find once we begin the process. We will of course keep you fully informed about the cost as the process unfolds.

REPAIRS

It’s often possible to perform needed repairs on your first visit. We carry a wide assortment of parts in-house, and we’ll do everything we can to complete the job at this time. If the parts required are not immediately available, we’ll schedule another time with you to finish our work.

IF YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT ABLE TO BE DRIVEN SAFELY

If your vehicle cannot be driven safely, you’ll need help getting it to us.
